NHL Academy Award
During my previous minor at the NHL Hogeschool I worked together with Eric Cuperus, Richard Venneman and Laurens Dijkstra on a serious game called Watermanager. Watermanager goal
The main goal of the watermanager simulation game is to provide students with practical experience and knowledge about watermanagement. The game makes it possible for students to learn from mistakes and feel what it is like to manage a watercompany. Another key part of the game is to stimulate communication between different managers. Therefore the game is played with 4 players, each player chooses a different management position which comes with it's own decisions. The managers have to work together (thus communicate) to achieve good results. Teams of 4 managers can compete with eachother, which is a very good motivator for the managers to try and get the best results.
